Duration: Three months with five sessions.     Participants: 7-9 companies.

The growth program is to develops business model, increase customer focus and connecting to to new partners by using Lean startup methodology, among other things. Contact with industry networks is central for adding competence and important contacts. The goal is to contribute to faster development and increased sales for the participating companies. This is a strategy discussion program based on your company’s challenges and opportunities. The event is run by Kjeller Innovation in collaboration with local partners.

Target group: Small and medium-sized companies working in the forest-based bioeconomy.

Geographical demarcation: Region Värmland, Region Dalarna, Akershus, Østfold, Hedmark and Oppland.
